Responsibilities: Overview e-commerce sales strategy/operation and products propositions, as well as seasonal promotions;With the understanding of Xiaomi products and portfolio, update and maintain products to design marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations essential manoeuvre;Get all relevant stakeholders to involve end-to-end project management to ensure successful products launch or marketing campaigns;Strong sense of market competition and analyse SWOT of key products to fit the differentiation of proposition;Fully understand the local market trends, changes and consumer behaviour with deep diving of analysing user behaviour and campaign data that continuous optimise campaigns performance and enhance sales/operation strategy;Using online/offline resource to increase mi.com brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets to generate new users;Conduct insightful reports and present meaningful data and suggestion to sales leaders, on topics of branding and operation when required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience;Strong understanding of e-commerce.
3+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing is preferred;Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills.
Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment;Project management skills;Excellent communication skills;Mandarin is a must.
