Job Specific Information:This position leads Enablement planning activities as Enterprise Business Agility(EBA) capabilities are defined and certified for release for Major Portfolio adoption. This individual must have a high degree of immersion and understanding in lean principles (including the ability to implement solutions and frameworks) and the ability to oversee and direct the use and implementation of the Common Lean Portfolio Management Framework (LPM) across Operating Companies. Additionally, a high degree of corporate technical knowledge and the ability to work across business, IT and Portfolios is required in order to maximize the benefit to the enterprise. This position requires the ability to strategize, globally implement, and navigate the complexities of the FedEx organization and critical vendor relationships.Leads Enablement planning activities for FedEx Common LPM adoption including Communications, Organization Change Management (OCM) materials, training, and coaching.Provides leadership and support to the Major Portfolio Business Agility Offices (BAOs) as they plan their transformations to adopt EBA capabilities, including FedEx Common LPM Framework and FedEx Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) Framework.Is accountable for adoption and value realization of EBA Common capabilities through progress measurement frameworks.Facilitates continuous feedback loops with the Major Portfolio BAOs to identify opportunities for improvement through inspect and adapt as input into the EBA roadmap.Develops and oversees the coaching framework for Major Portfolios to guide Business Agility transformation and adoption of EBA capabilitiesPartners with IT Effectiveness and Governance (ITEG) to ensure EBA Tooling supports EBA capabilities enabling investment, prioritization, and sequencing decisions to realize the value of enterprise strategies.Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:Experience supporting Business Transformation initiatives.Knowledge and in-depth experience with Lean Portfolio Management.Experience working in an agile environment using SAFe.Knowledge of the Major Portfolios and their respective delivery agility practices.Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across the enterprise.Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the larger company strategy.Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain and present complex information to all levels.Strong system thinking to support starting with the end in mind.Strong problem solving skills.Domicile/Relocation:This position is currently located in Memphis, Tennessee.
