Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications) Excellent verbal and written communications skillsHigh degree of computer literacyAbility to establish and maintain client relationships over the phoneAttention to detail in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracyAbility to think on the fly and problem solveExcellent multitasking, time management and organizational skillsAbility to work with minimum supervisionExperience with e-commerce platformsDuties and Responsibilities:Identify and adhere to best practices for all functionality across all platforms.Listing management: Monthly review and refresh product listings to ensure compliance with brand standards.Verify that product descriptions, images, titles, and other elements are accurate and compliant with Amazon and other marketplace guidelines; correct as necessary.Maintain parent/child relationships (they sometimes go astray)Listing creation: Create new product listings as necessary.A+ Content: Develop Amazon A+ content for listings and implement.Work with Arrow Sewing marketing to conduct A/B testing on product listings as needed (not currently happening)Keyword research: Conduct keyword research to identify appropriate keywords for use in product listings to improve SEO and grow organic traffic.Competitor analysis: Periodically conduct research into competitors in key product categories to identify new competitors and new products in the market.Review Tracking: Periodically compile reviews of our products across sellers on Amazon and other marketplaces to identify areas for improvement.Price Tracking: Monitor third-party marketplace sellers and internet dealers for adherence to MAP guidelines and branding guidelines.Compliance Monitoring: Maintain current knowledge of Amazon and other marketplaces' guidelines, policies, rules, and other updates to ensure compliance and avoid product removal.Storefront management: Using brand guidelines and best practices, create a brand storefront for Arrow Sewing-Create/maintain product upload sheets for EDI sellers and update pricing monthly/as needed (JoAnn.com, HSN.com, Wayfair.com, Macys.com, Kohls.com, BedBathandBeyond.com)Monitor all online sales of the new Arrow product to find MAP violations and report on them.Check TrueCommerce twice per day to ensure proper order, inventory, and shipment information flow.Update Arrowsewing.com, amazon.com, and michaels.com weekly/ad hoc with inventory adjustments.
