You will work in a multidisciplinary and autonomous team dedicated to creating innovative solutions for our customers in an environment of trust.
This role offers an opportunity to develop technical expertise in embedded systems within an industry-leading digital environment.
You will be part of a dynamic department responsible for the integration of electrical assemblies on our platforms.
Your main task will involve conducting 3D studies for the integration of equipment and harnesses within a Digital Mock Up (DMU) environment, ensuring the safety and reliability of our helicopters.
Your responsibilities:Creating 3D models of electrical equipment installation using CATIA V5.
Routing electrical harnesses with CATIA V5 EHI module.
Studying and positioning harness supports.
Developing interface drawings that integrate with the surrounding environment.
Producing manufacturing drawings for parts and equipment in 2D (CATIA V5).
Creating harness manufacturing drawings with CATIA V5 modules.
Preparing harness installation documentation using 3DVia.
Conducting impact analysis for modifications.
Collaborating with other departments within the design office.
Supporting production on the assembly line and in production centers.
Ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Travel may be required (approximately two to three trips per year), so flexibility to travel is necessary.
Candidate profile:Holding a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, aeronautics, or a related field.
Experience with equipment and harness installation in a 3D environment.
Proficiency in creating production drawings.
Familiarity with DMU and 3D environments.
Mastery of CATIA V5 software, especially electrical modules.
Knowledge of electrical equipment installation regulations in aeronautics.
Ability to work in complex environments and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to maintain an overview of projects and work collaboratively.
Soft skills: methodology, rigor, team spirit, positive attitude, constructive communication, and resilience.
Language skills: Negotiation level in Spanish, and advanced proficiency in English and/or French.
