Our Industrial Engineering Solutions team is currently looking for a Equipment Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) - German speaker based in Barcelona
About the job You will manage and monitor the complete process of equipment and service orders supplied to our customers, from order entry to delivery, ensuring optimal communication with involved departments (Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Expeditions, Billing, etc.)
and processing in SAP, EBS, ONBASE systems.
Your responsibilities: Management and processing of services such as punctual services (cleaning, disinfection, repairs), and scheduled maintenance (monthly, quarterly, annual), including coordination with external suppliers and billing.Management and processing of equipment including standard (Nichelino or Ecolab plants) and non-standard equipment from external suppliers, involving order creation, delivery tracking, and invoicing.Updating system materials and parameters, managing transport requests, invoice corrections, returns/exchanges, order inquiries, and project reports.Who are you? Degree plus 3-4 years of experience in order processing or customer service (local or international).Proficiency in German and medium-high level of English.Basic knowledge of SAP/EBS systems (PR1, CP1/PCE, PEE).Strong communication, interpersonal, decisive, and collaborative skills.We look forward to your application!
