Then we might have the right opportunity for you.     For the Ardena Corporate IT team, we are looking for an ERP Application Owner .     WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON We have implemented MS Business Central as the ERP system for the group, you will be involved in the roll-out of the application enhancements and upgrades across all Ardena entities as well as in the coordination of the day-to-day support. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You are the single point of contact within the IT team with regards to the ERP application (MS Dynamics 365 Business Central) and main liaison between the key user and 3rd party service providers. You analyze the requirements and changes request from the business and assist in the process to define priorities. You participate in the analysis, implementation and delivery of projects together with the Business Application manager and the IT Project Manager. You deliver all testing evidence and documentation to ensure all requirements with regards to computerized system validation (CSV) are met. You manage the day-to-day support (incidents, change requests, problems) to ensure a fast, efficient and customer focused service. You document common procedures or maintenance activities in order to keep our first line support (service desk) up to date. You develop training/learning and reporting material and give in-house training to the end users. You are responsible for the user maintenance, access control management and periodic review of authorizations. You keep yourself up to date with the latest developments and insights. You will report to the Business Application Manager. You will closely work together with cross departmental key-users in the business (Finance, Materials Management, Purchasing) as well as with the other Application Owners in the Business Solutions team. YOUR PROFILE LOOKS LIKE/ RESEMBLES You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a business or IT oriented direction and you have several years of experience as a project member or application support analyst. You have 5 years of experience with MS Dynamics Navision, preferably within the life science or chemical industry. You approach the operational processes and projects with a view to creating added value and guaranteeing the continuity of the applications. You are familiar with the rollout, implementation and usage of a ERP application. You are familiar with the Validation of Systems in the life science industry. You feel comfortable in a dynamic and changing environment, working at the intersection of technology and business. You like to learn and develop yourself. You are flexible, a problem solver and a team player. You have an analytical mindset and you are stress resistant. You have good communication skills and are fluent in English (written as well as spoken), Dutch and Spanish is considered as a plus.
