We are looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to support both our CEO and our President, who work closely together.
This is a key role that ensures their days run efficiently, that they stay focused on top priorities, and that the details—both big and small—are handled with care and precision.
You'll be central to the flow of communication, planning, and execution, and your work will directly impact the pace and quality of leadership at the company.

Responsibilities Full ownership of scheduling and calendars for both executives—coordinating internal and external meetings with attention to detail and contextKeeping your executives informed of their day, their week, and what's coming—daily briefings (evening summaries for the next day), and nudges as neededSupporting inbox management with a goal of inbox zeroEditing and drafting external emails, notes, and memosEscorting executives to calls / meetings and ensuring they stay on schedule—adjusting plans in real time when neededTracking follow-ups, priorities, and action itemsLeading logistics for key meetings and events—drafting agendas, confirming attendees, reserving space, coordinating with Ops and ITConducting research and preparing background materialsProofreading presentations and documents for accuracy and polishBooking travel, including flights, lodging, ground transport, and itinerariesSubmitting and tracking expense reportsBeing available outside standard office hours for urgent or time-sensitive needsSupport reception-related duties including greeting guests, coordinating visitor logistics, and ensuring a professional front-of-house experienceQualifications Proven experience supporting senior executives or foundersHighly organized with strong problem-solving skillsCalm under pressure and comfortable managing competing prioritiesTech-fluent : Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and willing to learn new toolsProfessional presence and emotional intelligence—able to interact well with high-level partners and internal teamsComfortable with discretion and handling sensitive / confidential informationWilling and able to do whatever it takes—big or small, glamorous or not—to keep things running smoothlyAble to exercise sound judgment, take initiative, and complete tasks independently with minimal oversightAble to work on-site in Playa Vista five days per week, noting that you will be located at our Santa Monica office until JuneCompensation and Benefits 85,000–$100,000 annual salary.
