L. U. In Santander, Spain. You will be responsible for reporting directly to the Invoicing & Switching Manager, you will support the team responsible for Activation for Spain and Portugal, especially in Portugal. As a member of the invoicing & switching department at Eni Plenitude Iberia S. L. U. you will be responsible for : - Consultation of web channels of gas and electricity distributors in Portugal. - Review and resolution of incidents in switching operations in Portugal. - Review of XML files and activation processes in Portugal. - Interlocution with Portuguese distributors in claims, incidents, and meetings. This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements : - Administrative Technician or higher.- High level of Portuguese language. - Desirable knowledge of the electricity and gas sector, tariffs and legislation in force in Portugal. - Desirable basic knowledge of physical concepts related to energy (power, energy, voltage level, reactive, measurement units, tariff periods, readings).
