What are we looking for? As a DACH Finance Account Executive , you will be a proven sales professional who speaks the language of finance teams, which means understanding what keeps them up at night, what financial products they use, working capital / cash seasonality or any other theme that is relevant for them.We are making progress in our expansion to the UK and DACH market, so your focus will be on mid-market and enterprise customers, managing both short cycle and long cycle sales (typically from 2-4 months). Embat is a game-changer for these finance teams, so you should be able to successfully articulate our value proposition to CFOs, Head of Finance, Treasurers, or similar decision makers, which sometimes could be other C-level executives. What will you do? Understand the needs of finance teams regarding treasury management and articulate the value that Embat brings to them. Manage inbound leads and the entire sales & retention process for mid and large size businesses, typically interacting with their finance teams. Generate your own leads through targeted outbound campaigns. Manage multiple stakeholders and multitask effectively. Communicate with C-level executives and senior managers (CFOs, Head of Finance, Head of Treasury, etc.). Travel as needed to meet clients and represent Embat in events, talks and webinars, positioning the team as trusted experts in the industry. What are we looking for? Perseverant: You always find a professional and engaging way of keeping the dialogue open. Experienced: 4+ years of experience in customer-related roles (sales and/or client relationship management) with an understanding of B2B software solutions and finance. Team player: "We" is always before "I". Native German speaker and fluent in English and Spanish. You'll be our ideal candidate if: Experience with sales prospecting tools and CRMs (Hubspot preferably). Experience selling B2B SaaS software for finance departments.
