This role needs relocation to Grand Cayman. A prestigious luxury boutique hotel in the Caribbean is looking for a Lead Hostess to curate an elegant and welcoming guest experience at its signature restaurant.
This role is ideal for a polished, service-oriented professional who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities: ? Serve as the first point of contact, greeting and seating guests with poise and warmth.
? Manage reservations and seating assignments, optimizing flow and guest experience.
? Anticipate and accommodate VIP preferences and special requests.
? Work closely with the Maitre D' and Lead Captain to ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
? Maintain the restaurant's ambiance, ensuring impeccable presentation and service standards.
? Train and guide the host team to deliver seamless luxury service.
Requirements: ? Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
? Exceptional guest relations and communication skills.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-profile clientele.
? European experience strongly preferred.
? Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
