Job SummaryThe Hotel Denia Marriott La Sella Golf Resort & Spa 5*, located in a privileged environment next to the Natural Park of Montgó and one of the best golf courses in the Valencian Community, La Sella Golf, needs to incorporate an agent to its reservations department. Belonging to the prestigious international hotel chain Marriott Hotels, the hotel has recently renovated facilities, has 186 rooms, Spa, gym, 1500m2 of space for events and 4 restaurants. Our main objective is to offer a unique experience and excellent service to our guests.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Manage and process properly in the system, requests for reservations, changes or cancellations received by phone, mail or web.
Identify the needs of the future customer to offer the most appropriate service and packages available.
Check availability and rates. Daily control of arrivals.
Provide the requested information about the hotel, facilities and services.
Daily collaboration with the Sales Department to coordinate group reservations and rooming list updates.
Constant maintenance of the updated reservation system.
Job RequirementsTourism education
Work experience: minimum 2 years in similar position
High english and spanish
Organized and methodical person.
Customer service orientation and commercial skills.
Teamwork.
Responsibility.
Commitment to the company.
Easy adaptability to new technologies.
