Your Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies with a focus on organic content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).Identify, reach out to, and manage influencers and content creators to increase brand awareness.Plan and execute influencer campaigns, including negotiations, briefings, and performance analysis.Develop and implement UGC strategies to boost engagement.Create and optimize creative content in collaboration with the marketing team.Analyze performance and measure success by monitoring key KPIs and deriving optimization strategies.Conduct trend and competitor analysis to identify new social media and influencer marketing trends. Must Have: 3+ years of experience in social media, community management, influencer marketing, or a similar role.Passion for storytelling, branding, and authentic marketing.Solid experience in influencer marketing, user-generated content (UGC) creation, and social media content management.Solid understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and how to optimize content for each.Exceptional writing and content creation skills, with a knack for crafting clear and compelling messaging. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage influencers.Experience managing social media and online communities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies based on data.Excellent communication skills for working across teams and with external partners.
