Job Description 13; The Keysight Education Services (KES) business in Keysight Global Services Organization (KGSO, formerly SSG) is seeking a dynamic and experienced engineer to lead the development of our 5G curriculum for customer training. This is a position based in Malaga, Spain, with worldwide responsibility, reporting directly to the KES Program Director in Santa Rosa, USA. In this exciting role you will be the Lead Engineer for 5G customer training development focusing on UXM 5G Device Acceptance Solutions which will cover Technology basics, the 5G NR Standard and Architecture, Measurement Science and Application Solutions.

You will use your technical and customer application expertise, to work with world class expert individuals and teams across the globe on technical training content development and delivery. You will collaborate closely with customers, contractors and internal organizations to design and develop 5G Instructor:led training content, and reuse the content for deployment through various modalities, such as eLearning, AE led Startup Assistance Training and Productivity Consulting Services. You will maintain oversight of training quality and customer acceptance. Join us in educating our customers on 5G technologies and solutions, thereby increasing their confidence in their 5G design and manufacturing through our Test Application solutions.

Key Responsibilities

:Lead design and development of 5G customer training and AE consulting Curriculum, working closely with Keysight technical experts in Network Emulation Solution, KES, Application Engineering Organisation and other organizations
:Create 5G content for customer education through instructor led training, eLearning and AE consulting services using instructional design principles. Training material may include labs/demos, lectures, eLearning modules, assessment exams, videos, webinars, and animations
:Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across Keysight. Lead this cross:functional team of experts to determine appropriate curriculum and course outlines to create new or leverage existing content
:Use processes, tools, and partners managed by the KES team to develop training programs
:Work with KES external instruction design consultants to ensure high quality and interactivity in developed content
:Use KES content management tools and repository to support the deployment of eLearning courses and AE consulting content to the Regional delivery organizations to ensure seamless transition from R and D to delivery
:Adhere to training development standards, guidelines and quality requirements as indicated by the KES product life cycle process
:Work with marketing and business development to support an integrated strategy for the customer learning journey for content creation and management across the customer buying cycle
:Maintain a high level of technical expertise 13;

Job Qualifications 13;

:Bachelors and/or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or similar
:10+ years of field, factory, and customer experience, with deep technical expertise, across broad range of Keysights technologies, software solutions and industry applications
:Customer Training and Field Training experience with solid reviews
:Understands and is experienced in working with customers measurement challenges
:Demonstrates excellence in examples of presentation development and verbal skills that explain measurement concepts in clear, practical terms for a customers application 13;
