3-5 years of experience in Solution Delivery Manager or Project Manager rolesPosition SummaryTo strengthen our Global R&D and Innovation organization, we are looking for a Project Manager to complete our Food Tech team.In this position, you will be accountable for the roadmap implementation of platforms to support innovation processes. These range from CRM systems to workflow management tools. Acting as the Project Manager, you will be working with vendors, development teams, Product Managers and relevant stakeholders and will be supported by the rest of members within the Food Tech Innovation team.Key responsibilitiesDevelop project plans that include detailed budget, project timeline, detailed task-driven schedule, project RACI, resource plan, and communication plan.
Lead and manage multiple development and deployment projects simultaneously
Effectively convey goals, objectives, and expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely, clear, and compelling fashion.
Ensure all milestones are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, and to the required quality standard.
Identify and track relevant OKR's/KPI's for the platforms, helping the Food Tech team at large identify and track KPI's for other products.
Keep track on project costs and resources, maintaining up-to-date Nestlé internal systems and being responsible for all deliverables related to budget and business cases.
In collaboration with Procurement, ensure contracts and payments with/to vendors and Agencies are up to date and correctly tracked.
Ensure security and compliance requirements are met for the products in charge, and inputs to ISMS audit are delivered on time.Are you a fit?Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in IT and business/industry.
3-5 years of experience in Solution Delivery Manager or Project Manager roles.
Excellence in structuring complex tasks and possess strong coordination skills.
Ability to work independently, with limited day-to-day guidance from leadership
Desire to drive continuous process improvement by challenging the way things are done and engaging all functions in the company.
Deep knowledge of IT portfolio structure and processes, as well as configuration and use of IT project tracking systems (Service Now, SAP platform or similar).
Experience in managing change/transitions and change impacts. Operating in a matrix organization and development of influencing skills.
Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met.
Experience in Atlassian tools, especially JIRA and Confluence is a plus
