The primary focus of a Global Time Associate Lead Consultant is to utilize a combination of technical, organizational, and client-centric skill sets to implement Time and Workforce Management projects while delivering an excellent client experience.
This is a regional role and plays an important part in ensuring we deliver successful projects to meet our client's business needs while also generating revenue to meet our financial targets for each fiscal year.
The Implementation Consultant is the primary contact for our clients throughout the life cycle of the project.
They will work with various stakeholders: Clients, Leadership, Project Managers, Client Services, and Implementation.
Responsibilities: Technical: Understanding the client's business needs and requested changes.
Analyzing the client's existing systems and determining the technical design.
Implementing new and existing configuration within ADP's best practices.
Supporting the project/client throughout the life cycle of the project from analysis to project completion.
Organizational: Documenting technical details using blueprints and design documents.
Communicating with client contacts and internal partners consistently throughout the project.
Updating project tickets and the Project Manager consistently.
Determining and maintaining project timelines and deliverables with multiple projects simultaneously.
Client Centric: Ensuring consistency in communication and support for client contacts.
Striving for promoters from NPS Surveys by delivering excellent customer service.
Delivering on our promises and putting the client's best interests as the priority.
Treating internal partners as our clients through partnership.
COMPETENCIES Education: University level education is a plus but not required.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills: Required: Experience in the following products: Time and Attendance, Workforce Manager, Workforce Dimensions/Workforce Pro Management.
Other products are a plus.
Proficient with Integration Applications such as Enterprise Integration Manager and/or Dell Boomi.
Experience with data tables and data files such as demographic and payroll data.
Proficient with certain time modules such as pay policies, accruals, attendance, attestation, etc.
Detail-oriented and organizational skills in terms of documentation, note-taking, and time management.
Excellent oral, written presentation, and communication skills.
On-site client travel is uncommon but must be willing to travel if the need arises at least 10%.
Business-proficient English; additional languages are a plus.
