Job DescriptionSO / Sotogrande, a prestigious golf resort located in Sotogrande, Spain, is seeking a passionate and qualified Golf Instructor to join our team.
As a Golf Instructor, you will teach individual and group lessons, tailoring instruction to each client's level and goals.
Responsibilities include:
Teaching golf lessons to clients and members of all skill levels.Conducting classes and workshops for youth, teens, and adults.Developing programs for beginners to advanced players.Maintaining attendance records and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.Delivering courses to improve techniques, strategies, and performance.Supporting the organization of golf tournaments and events.Staying updated on golf techniques, brands, and instructional equipment.Providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive learning environment.Collaborating with pro-shop staff on equipment recommendations.Maintaining golf practice facilities.Promoting golf programs to increase participation and revenue.QualificationsAt least 2 years' experience teaching children's classes; relevant certifications preferred.Experience teaching sports classes in long-term semesters or workshops.Ability to adapt curriculum to community needs.Experience working with youth, teens, and adults preferred.Qualified to teach advanced players with low handicaps.High proficiency in English and Spanish.Legal eligibility to work in Spain or EU.Own vehicle required.Additional InformationAttractive incentive plan.Discounts on hotel services and in Accor group hotels and collaborating companies.Seniority level: Entry level
