The Opportunity Job Description : Graduate Program - Global Consumer & Shopper Insights Graduate
Location : Barcelona
Contract : 1 year - Graduate Program With the continuous growth in new categories, brands and markets, the Beauty & Fashion Global Consumer & Shopper Insights team is looking for a Consumer Insights Graduate to join the team.
This role reports to the Global Consumer & Shopper Insights Manager and will support in the development of the different consumer studies, interacting with research agencies as well as the Brands, Markets and cross-functional teams.
What you'll get to do Your work will be based fundamentally on using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies but also enriching the analysis with the curation of available articles and reports from external partners and starting to further leverage digital data sources and first party data.
And you'll be an active member of the Consumer Insights community, advocate of the consumer voice ensuring to bring it closer to the different teams (Brands & Markets, Media, CRM, Retail & Digital, etc).
Some of the functions will comprise : Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research projects.Support the development of consumer surveys, discussion guides, and data dashboards.Analyze consumer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.Help prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings to internal stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in consumer research.And foster best practices sharing, ensuring we make the most of available studies.We'd love to meet you if you have Education : Market Research, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Business, or a related field degree in the past three years.Experience : 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (as Intern / Apprentice)Languages : Fluent in Spanish and English.We are looking for someone curious and passionate about using data & human psychology to decode consumer understanding and translate them into actionable recommendations to support the teams in their decision making to ultimately drive business strategic decisions.
Your mission will be to deliver data-driven market and consumer insights to empower the teams to make better consumer insights-led decisions in line with the goals of the Puig brand portfolio (Lifestyle, Prestige and Niche Brands) worldwide.
The successful candidate will have a blend of analytical and synthesis competencies, organizational and planning abilities as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills together with the talent to convey key insights in a visual way.
