This individual will lead and drive a regional team of Account Partners (AP), ensuring bookings and high revenue growth for CSG Professional Services. The individual must be a strategic thinker with exceptional strategic, enterprise, commercial, and cross-functional skills, they should demonstrate high energy, and have strong sales management experience. The individual will also be a valuable contributor to the CSG Professional Services Sales (GTM) and product strategies, sharing customer insights and perspectives and aligning with Salesforce corporate objectives. Additionally, this individual should meet with C-level client executives on a regular basis and maintain strong relationships with internal peers in core sales, product, and operations to ensure client needs are being met.The primary measurement of success for this role will be YOY growth in overall services bookings and revenue.Territory is EMEA Growth South region (Switzerland, Italy, Spain and emerging countries)Responsibilities:Exceed regional growth and bookings targets, ensure organizational health and high customer satisfaction goals as a regional leaderBuild, grow, lead and manage a team of qualified customer-focused Account partners to create long-lasting customer relationships and deliver customer business valueEngage at the C-Level with customers and focus on consultative selling opportunitiesBuild a strong relationship with the License Sales organization and regional Alliances/Partner organizations that are instrumental to successCoach direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management and career planning/developmentHelp grow and maintain a healthy regional partner ecosystem to drive sales, technology adoption, and successful deployment of SalesforceMentor and develop the entire services sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training as needed.Conduct weekly forecast meetings and coach direct reports on strategies to drive closings and run the business. Monitor sales activity and track resultsReport on sales activity and forecast to Senior Sales ManagementSupport other Geo RVPs and APs by participating in and leading new and existing C-level client meetings; engage corporate resources as required to clearly communicate Salesforce's solutions and generate business value for our customersPreferred Qualifications & Skills:7-10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of leading a team in a technology sales environment2+ years of sales management experienceBA/BS or equivalent; MBA is a plusProven track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company), in a similar enterprise software application firm, selling subscription based productsDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships where you are recognized as a trusted advisorWorking knowledge and experience of the CRM spaceStrong, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
