l Assess, study and recommend various initiatives that would drive customer acquisition, improve processes and enhance cost efficiencyl Gather data and market insights to back up and support proposalsl Oversee the activation and roll out of approved recommendations/projectsl Champion a culture of Innovation and Sustained Success in the entire organizationl Prepare business plans for key projects (especially new products) and abide by the agreed deliverables, budget and timingl Meet with stakeholders, both internal and external, to achieve objectives, from start to finishl Generate presentation materials to either get buy in for proposals and/or to share mid and post resultsl Ensure high customer and client satisfactionl Creatively think of ways to grow the business and elevate it to a new levell Enthusiasm for the job as well as possessing integrity, competence, compassion and strong team dynamics.l Proven work experience in a similar role or position; over 8 year work experiencel Excellent command of both English and Tagalogl Proficient in MS Office Programsl Background in Finance and/or Technology company is preferredl Firm grasp on principles of Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Negotiation, Finance and Technologyl Strategic Thinker, Big Picture Orientation and Proven Ability to Execute and Deliver Resultsl Great team player and deep ability to work well across other functions and diverse culturesl Willingness to travel and be relocated to other markets for both short and long term assignmentsEducation RequirementsCollege degree is required. A Master's Degree and or other advanced certification is preferred.
