The role puts emphasis on enabling managers to deal with people related development, challenges and issues.Broadcom undertakes significant Merger and Acquisition work and the HRBP will offer a flexible and commercial approach to all phases associated to the planning and execution of this work (policies, process, payroll alignment, compensation, compliance, entity and employee integration). Strong leadership skills will ensure work is completed in a timely manner, in collaboration with the business.The business grows both organically and through acquisition, so the HRBP will need to support managers through the recruitment process, undertaking interviews as required and completing the necessary paperwork to make offers. Partnering with the HR operations team to ensure professional joining and exits continue to be the norm.This role is both strategic and operational so the HRBP will be required to complete all associated paperwork related to the HR processes they support.As an agile business the HRBP will provide operational support in the delivery of business reorganisations.The HRBP is encouraged to look for and suggest where continual improvement can be made, and will own the processes relevant to their country / region.In support of the global compensation cycle the HRBP will provide guidance, training and support to local management as they deliver this within the business. Working with the Corporate compensation team on merit increase, equity, career progression and performance ranking cyclesResponsible for providing HR services/support for Broadcom managers and employees.Partner and lead projects which has business impacts – Change management (site and entity consolidations, optimization of human resource processes, manager promotions etc.)Conducting investigation, performance management and employee grievance handling.Business partner support for managers, including counseling senior business managers on people-related strategies and influencing global HR functions and HR service organizations based on people-related needs of business.If you are located outside USA, please be sure to fill out a home address as this will be used for future correspondence.Full time
