We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Design and create people programs agenda with Chief People Officer in response to company strategy goals and budget. Manage internally the HR programs and social initiatives that support business growth and employee engagement according to the approved agenda. Design, create and deliver development actions that ensure professional growth according to business needs, ensuring attendance and completion of the Training Plan. Provide Business Partnering level project support to the People team, undertaking further project work as and when required. Support new employees’ integration into the company culture and values, managing Onboarding program and its follow-up with Leads and Managers, engaging on new employees’ feedback and ensuring their adequacy and integration during probationary period. Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically and maintain confidentiality with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to effectively manage progression in demanding and coexisting projects, prioritizing them on objective data and adapting communication to the stakeholders needs. Eager to learn, try new things, propose solutions out of the box, and a desired to transform for the better the culture. Strong HR technology system and numeracy skills, with experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as a very advanced user. Ability to report clearly and timely to a C-level Executive / Director at the Senior Managing Team. Experience of creating, delivering and managing Engagement Initiatives, based on a project plan. Previous relevant experience in an HR Project / Development/ Business Partner role at the People department, deploying programs and leading communications on different subjects, ideally on learning and development programs. Working knowledge of Spanish employment legislation and practical experience of managing complex situations. Experience of managing relationships with external providers and / internal clients when implementing HR systems, trainings, and other initiatives. Ideally, ability to work in a fun, de-contracted and ever-changing environment.
