Our areas of activity are Aerospace, Defense & Security, Big Science, Biotechnology, and Fintech. We are looking for a HW RF Engineer with the mission to design and test RF electronics and antennas (including phased array).
Tasks to be performed: Design using Smith chart, S-parameters for antennas, phase array antennas, RF circuits.Design and simulation using tools such as CST, ADS, FHSS, Matlab RF toolbox.Use of digital modulation/demodulation chain.Test of electronic devices.Use of laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, spectral analyzer, VNA, etc.
).Creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical project documentation.Required skills, experience, and candidate profile: University degree in Telecommunication, Electrical/Electronic Engineering.Solid basis in RF electronics and system design.Knowledge of digital signal processing and modulation/demodulation chain.Knowledge of simulation tools at system and circuit level.Design of schematics and PCB layouts for mixed-signal electronic circuits with Altium designer or other ECAD tools would be a plus.Proficient in English.
Other languages will be highly valued.The candidate must be located in Madrid and be eligible to work in the EU.
