KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for strategy adapted by BU/channel/account: Lead the strategy according to the company's/BU needs and ensure continuous adaptation with the involved teams and accounts. Define/adapt strategies or focus areas based on green/red cells and strategic segments/customers. Retail Execution Representative for Spain: Main point of contact with Global teams (forums and specific meetings). Lead global strategic projects (adaptation to the country, implementation, and adjustment of new models). Lead local-to-global needs. Budget Manager: Define the budget with the BU based on objectives, coverage, frequency, and needs. Work with external route planners based on efficiency, ROI, priorities, customer types, etc. Monthly budget tracking
