Strategic context and Value propositionAn Integration and Solution Analyst in the R&D Organization at Verisure drives the analysis, use case definition, and API agreements with other organizational units and contributes to implementing technical solutions to address business needs.
This role involves translating business requirements into technical specifications, bridging the gap between business goals and technology capabilities, and ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives and strategic vision.
You will oversee the implementation, validation, and integration phases of these solutions, engaging with product owners from different teams involved in the project.
This position requires a high level of engagement in overall project management, including follow-up with project and program managers, reporting to senior management, and contributing to technical demonstrations and integration activities.
While software development is not a daily task, a good knowledge of git and previous software development experience are required to build and integrate feature branches, review bug fixes, and participate in joint testing analyses.
ResponsibilitiesAnalyze feature scope, functional, and system requirements.Participate in defining new feature descriptions and task reviews.Meet regularly with external teams to clarify requirements and define interactions between subsystems.Review documentation for quality and completeness.Follow up on version control, releases, and changelog documentation.Analyze software architecture and interfaces to define and write integration requirements.Review methodology and quality metrics, working with developers to improve standards.Validate integration into releases and ensure completion of deliverables, working closely during integration phases.Management KPIsProduct quality, including customer satisfaction and product KPIs such as supervision failure and call success ratio.Development and delivery quality, measured by post-launch bugs.On-time and within-budget delivery.Other relevant informationDirect report to the Head of R&D Service Enablers Software in Madrid, part of the engineering organization led by the Chief Product & Services Officer.
This role is based in Madrid, with potential travel to Sweden or other European countries.
