Due to exciting growth and evolution, our Corporate Affairs team is looking for trusted, influential Communications Managers who will act as an advisor and coach to executive leaderships teams and broader leadership groups. You will be accountable for internal communications strategies, support in driving enhanced employee engagement and understanding of the company's business goals and objectives, as well as navigation of the company?s change agenda. These roles support our functional teams (Internal Communications) and Aged Care business (Internal and External Communications) and have no direct reports. We are open to seeing candidates from both Sydney and Melbourne.. Across the two roles, responsibilities could include:. Support the development and delivery of internal communications and change communications strategies. Collaborate with various team across the business to deliver ANZ initiatives that engage and inspire our people. Provide strategic, event, and content support to ensure the successful delivery of face-to-face engagement by Bupa senior management across Australia. Identify opportunities to share Bupa?s story externally and position Bupa as a thought leader. Work with Media Relations and Corporate Communications team to write, pitch and place high-quality, impactful media releases and exclusives with a range of media. Proactively identify reputational issues and develop public positions to support Media Relations and Corporate Communications team. Development of external communications materials, internal communication strategy, materials and plans. What we?re looking for:. A proactive communications all-rounder, experienced in both planning and ?getting things done?. Flawless writing skills and a master of language. Experience in a range of communication techniques and channels including high level written and presentation materials, teleconferences, video, photography, and events. Ability to identify Corporate Affairs opportunities and risks. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and making sense of complex information. Action-orientated and outcome focused..
