We are currently seeking a skilled IT Administrator to become a part of our team in our Malaga office. The Malaga office is located in Benalmadena, and as our IT Administrator you will be providing physical and remote IT support to users, both to our 300 + local employees and in addition you will give global support and IT related incident management to more than 1000 employees across five countries.
It is important that our new IT colleague is able to work in our international culture and have a user-oriented technical mind-set. In addition it will be expected that our new employee is able to find the cause of any IT/computer related problem and be able to solve them locally in office and also as remote support. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and who is flexible about working hours – if required by the business.
Other responsibilities will be – but not limited to
Training and educating users on usage of systems/applications
Local infrastructure physical management (Security, Power, Servers, Network Equipment, workstations)
Local purchasing and procurement
Following individual and the IT team's KPIs
Hardware/software management and maintenance
Local security and compliance maintenance
1 to 3 years of experience within Hardware repair, Networking, IT support or System administration (30+ workstations).
Excellent knowledge of Windows Operational Systems
Average knowledge of desktop PC hardware, server hardware, repair and diagnostic tools
Average Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of Active Directory GPO, DNS and DHCP services
Knowledge of networking and VoIP
Knowledge of Linux
Excellent English language skills
Spanish Language knowledge is a plus
