We are supporting GBfoods, a global leader in the food manufacturing sector, in their search for an experienced IT Manager to lead their Connected Factory Solutions.
This role is at the forefront of a company-wide digital transformation.
You'll play a key part in modernizing how factory operators work by introducing mobile technologies that increase efficiency, responsiveness, and safety across production sites worldwide.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading the design, rollout, and scaling of mobile-first tools across production sites
Partnering with plant teams to gather needs and turn them into practical, digital use cases
Managing pilots and MVPs, and evolving them into global solutions
Ensuring compatibility with factory infrastructure (e.g.
printers, wireless, access systems)
Defining success metrics, supporting adoption, and ensuring long-term usability
Collaborating on training, feedback loops, and continuous improvements
We're looking for someone with:
5+ years in IT or OT roles, ideally with experience in connected worker platforms
Direct exposure to manufacturing environments (understanding plant operations is a must)
Strong interpersonal skills—you speak the language of engineers and operators alike
Experience with tools like Tulip, Poka, or Redzone is a plus
Comfort working in fast-paced industries like FMCG, automotive, or electronics
