We are looking for IT Operational Process Analyst to join "Finance, Treasury & Investments" that provides IT services to Group Finance and other Business Units of the global Zurich finance customer community.
As aIT Operational Process Analystyour main responsibilities will involve
Understands key IT related operational process (ITIL) and how they fit within the goals to provide the needed service quality to our internal customers.
Evaluate, assess and continuously improve usage of existing operational processes like Incident- Problem-, Change-, Capacity-, Asset- and Request-Management.
Monitor compliance and operational process consistency and establish quality control measures.
Analyse existing forms and methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance or other methods.
Make, and implement, recommendations on improving workflow/processes and instruct personnel regarding them.
Perform both informal and formal training related to electronic documentation.
Centralize information, following communication, workflow- and process-standards.
Implement governance and regular controls on accuracy of configuration items properly assigned and charged.
Your Skills and Experience
As a IT Operational Process Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
University degree in IT and/or Business or equivalent experience
At least 4-5 years of experience in analysis, design, control and implementation of (operational) processes.
Used to work in an IT related, operational environment
Project Management experience of advantage
ITIL Certification of advantage
Can work independently and has ability to research and investigate on topics which are not fully documented or being outdated.
A wareness of a broad range of analysis and design techniques
Excellent communication skills
E xcellent English both spoken and written
Structured Thinking and attention to detail
Good Analysis skills
G ood documentation and training skills
Ability to work under pressur
