Our full suite of technology services includes internet access, telephony solutions, dedicated bandwidth, advanced networking and many other core IT services designed to allow clients to concentrate on their core business whilst utilising best in class solutions.We are an extremely entrepreneurial business and seeking out intelligent energetic, smart, self-motivated and eager-to-learn individuals that want to be part of a global revolution to build flexible workspaces.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Project Manager will be will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of centre technology programmes covering both our new centres and the upgrade of services to our existing centre network. This includes scoping projects, identifying resources and vendors to deliver, obtaining budget approval, and executing a clear project plan to deliver.Responsibilities include:Lead cross-functional delivery teams to manage the incoming IT projects pipeline and ensure are delivered on time, in budget and meet the IWG technical and quality standardsOverall responsibility for planning, organising, directing, schedule/budget controlling and delivery of IT projects (global scale of significant complexity), prioritised in alignment with the business needs and client’s expectationsTemplate business as usual projects and ensure consistent delivery and outputRe-design, improve and document end-to-end processes under the team’s scope of workMonitor the delivery of IT services to New Centres to pre agreed deadlinesManage the performance of outsourced partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to scopeCommunicate to stakeholders, peers and project teams on project progress/executionLiaise with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues and act as first point of escalationPropose, lead and execute the implementation of improvement initiativesKey Skills and ExperienceSkills and Training:Strong educational background, BSc (Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related) required, MSc or above preferredPMI, Prince 2 or similar Project Management certifications are highly desirableExcellent English communications skills, both written and verbal, are a mustSubstantial and demonstrable programme management experienceHighly organised and analytical mind-set with a clear and consistent programme delivery methodExperience and ability to view, design, improve and document end-to-end processes and the conviction to drive through changeExperience of working in fast-paced and flexible environments, able to meet targets and deadlines and to adapt to changing goals with a can-do attitudeAbility to handle multiple tasks/projects at the same timeAbility to take decisions and work effectively in pressurised conditionsAbility to work collaboratively.
