Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of CRM platform architects to design end-to-end integration platforms and solutions to meet business needs in an operational and financially efficient manner
Understand the business requirements for processes in the CRM domain, be able to challenge, to consolidate, and to extrapolate them to build solutions expandable to multiple use cases
Have a deep understanding of the Sanofi ITS ecosystem within the CRM domain and outside of it to address business requirements
Remain current on technology trends and benchmark with other companies to being innovative inputs in solutions, operating models, and strategy
Maintain the solutions architecture map and make recommendations for improvements, simplifications, and/or alternatives
Guarantee and promote the best practices and correct usage of group's IT standards for processes, applications and infrastructure environments
Evaluate impact analysis on solution options and assess and manage associated risks
Work in close collaboration with the ITS Business & Process Analysts and ITS Domain Experts / Engineers
Remain up to date on company's standards, IT industry practices and emerging standards
Lead people in a direct and matrix context and facilitate the transfer of know-how, experience, and best practices
Review talent and skills development and support people development
Mobilize expertises and internal/external resources to deliver on goals and objectives

Requirements and Qualifications

Education
University degree or college diploma
Fluent in English

Minimum Experience & Knowledge Required
15+ years of diversified IT management experience with 10+ years of IT architecture experience
Deep knowledge on CRM processes including sales force automation, customer engagement, and medical affairs
Experience with CRM technologies including Salesforce.com, Veeva, and IQVIA
Successful track record of managing external service provider relationships
Strong understanding of agile techniques
Management skills, including the ability to motivate and empower people
Excellent communication and organizational skills in a matrix organization

Minimum Competencies Required
Detailed knowledge of integration and cloud architecture, and integration platform as a service
Ability to explain and present architecture and technical matters in an understandable way to ITS management and business stakeholders
Ability to explain complex matters in a simple and understandable way
Ability to perform independently and effectively in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment
Ability to be a champion for change management and continuous improvement
Strong communication and interaction/interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy to exchange and escalate information throughout organization
Result-oriented and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, resourcefulness and capacity to formalize concepts and expectations
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal business partners, ITS colleagues, consultants and vendors
Ability to think proactively, anticipating needs based upon the changing dynamic of the business strategy
