At Lindt we are looking for a Jr Brand Manager to lead of digital marketing strategy & activities, brand management of Other Tablets portfolio, and operational support to tablets team. Some of your accountabilities will be: 1. DIGITAL MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES (50%):Lead digital marketing activities for Spain & Portugal.Digital Strategy:Together with the Lindt Digital OCR team, develop and execute mid-to-long term digital strategy and vision.Social Media:Work closely with social media agency and internal stakeholders to develop and execute social media strategy across all Lindt brands/categories (strategy, content development, reporting)Website:Together with agency manage Lindt website through regular maintenance, optimisation and addition of new content as needed Coordinate with e-commerce to maintain product catalogue and maximise portfolio opportunities, promotions, and activations.Together with e-commerce manager, develop and maintain best in class digital asset infrastructure (product catalogue, digital shelf) and process, in line with international marketing recommendationCRM:Develop and manage automated/ad hoc newsletters and CRM campaigns together with internal and external stakeholdersPerformance Marketing:Together with performance marketing agency, brief, manage and track performance marketing campaigns for all Lindt brands/categoriesDigital Transformation:Be the lead in driving the internal digital transformation agenda in Spain & Portugal via sharing of knowledge, training programs, etc. Manage and track digital production, media budget and reporting 2. BRAND MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES (30%):Responsible brand management for other Tablets: Gold Range, Lindor Singles, Creation, Les Grandes, Sugar-Free, Desserts & Alcohol (Excellence & Blue Range excluded).Business Support:Analyse and report key internal data and market resultsIdentify potential opportunities and risks and propose ideas to activateMonitor competitor results and marketing activitiesExecution of Marketing Plans:Co-lead the execution of marketing campaigns and consumer activation plansDesign key brand materials (ie. POS, communication materials) Liaise and coordinate with factories and logistics / co-packingCosts & P&L, artwork creation, texts, creating mock-ups and high and low-res visuals for customer sell-ins, generation of codes and key information for new line formsParticipation/presentations in key company meetings:Prepare materials for meetings, participate, and present in both local and international meetings 3. OPERATIONAL SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES (20%):Operational marketing support to tablets teamNPD process managementPOS materials developmentSupport in development of cross-category activationsAd hoc admin work Requisitos Experience & Tools:2-3 years Digital Marketing experience, preferably within FMCGExperience developing coordinated multi-channel media campaignsExperience managing content and campaigns for upper, mid, and lower funnel campaignsBasic understanding of SEOMinimum experience and/or background in marketing or business, with interest to continue developing brand management skillsEnglish & Spanish: Professional proficiency verbal & writtenSkills:Initiative: Entrepreneurial spirit with high level of pro-activity and strategic focus.Integrity: Honest, respectful, committedResults focusedHighly organized: attention to details & deadlines, and proactive management of administrative tasks & processesCommunication skills & teamwork: knows how to integrate into a team and work with people of all hierarchical levels, both internally and externally.Leadership skills: facilitates a transversal collaboration with an open, positive, communicative approachInnovative: creative, capable of searching for new business areas and opportunitiesFlexible and resilient: capable of working effectively under pressureAnalytical ability, considering multiple sources of information to understand business /provide insights.Other Details:Passion for and high familiarity with digital and social media landscapeStrong capability and understanding of technology across different digital channelsFamiliar/comfortable working with digital marketing and web toolsHigh proficiency in Excel and PowerpointHigh level of autonomy
