We are seeking a Junior Business Intelligence Support Specialist to join our Enterprise Data Analytics & Architecture organization within Group Operations Business Transformation.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact to our internal customers located worldwide supporting them in the usage of a range of applications in the area of Business Intelligence and Big Data Analytics.
Doing it you'll work in close relation and you'll be supported by Application SMEs and Platform SMEs in order to provide incident resolutions, and service requests.
As a Junior BI Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will involve:
Performs standardized monitoring tasks to ensure that the service levels and performance are met addressing or escalating performance or operational issue
Reports service performance to line management and provides feedback on execution of standardized operational tasks to business.
Complies with IT service management governance, standards and polices.
Provides input for service level performance reports to the business generating improvement actions where necessary.
Supports the end-user satisfaction process and service improvement programs.
Manages incident escalations and complaints, working with the Business Unit to resolve individual service issues.
Collaborates with Application SMEs and Platform SMEs in the involvement of standardized operational tasks
Your Skills and Experience
Your skills and experience will ideally include:
University level education or equivalent
Over 0 -3 years of experience
Prior experience working in a financial services environment desirable, preferably insurance.
Prior experience working in IT support or Business Intelligence role desirable
Ability to work effectively in a global organization, under time pressure and to manage ambiguity
Fluent in English (spoken and written). Further languages preferred
