KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER Red Bee Media JOB OVERVIEW: Within the sales team of ERICSSON RED BEE MEDIA, the mission of the KAM is to contribute to the promotion and sales development of the services to broadcast and media clients for Spain and Portugal, reporting to Sales Iberia and France

Your goals are to contribute to business development offerings, identify market opportunities, understand the investment opportunities and budget.

You qualify customer needs, argue the relevance of offers in relation to their expectations. You structure your business proposals and negotiate financial and legal contracts.

Throughout the life of the contract, you manage the client interfaces to propose extensions services, negotiate new contracts and endorsements.

Desired Skills & Experience

Graduate (e) of higher education, you have gained experience in the sale of services and technical solutions to major clients, corporate, institutional, etc.. The audiovisual market knowledge is a plus.

The ability to be responsive to customer needs, create a relationship of trust in time and convince his interlocutors are strengths to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities/Must have skills:

Prospect and qualify existing and/or potential broadcast & media customers,
Identify and close deals through direct selling & partnerships
Work in tandem with the Presales Engineers to evaluate the opportunities and put together solutions and proposals
Work in close collaboration with the Controlling department to establish business plans
Drive opportunities at the strategic and tactical level. Interlocutors are at CXO level.
Responsible for securing new business, additional orders, and renewals RFPs with existing customers
Stay informed of customer business opportunities, current conditions, future prospects, active measurements, and competitive issues
Keeps records and generates reports on all phases of activities, including Account Plans and forecasts
Understand and manage all phases of the sales cycle; ability to handle basic technical/product inquiries without a technical expert when needed
Develops and maintains strong relationships with client decision makers including maintaining a sales strategy based on customer’s requirements. Directs customer service improvement activities

Experience and Education

Experience: Sales role for IT or entertainment company
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering, Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
Language skills: English and Spanish

Strong knowledge or experience in the following areas is desirable:

Dynamic, high energy, ambitious sales professional with 5-7 years successful experience in direct sales.
Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly quota,
Understanding about fundamentals of broadcast and online video delivery
Strong negotiation skills & must be a team player
