With the rapid growth of Jollibee Food Corporation both locally and internationally either through expansion of new stores or acquisition of new restaurants such as Panda Express, Pho 24 or Smash Burger in recent years, it is important that our system engages effectively with this customer, and be recognized as their key strategic partner, supporting their aggressive growth plans. This role is responsible for the effective deployment of the system's resources in order to meet (and exceed) the customer's expectations. This role is responsible for the effective deployment of the system's resources in order to meet (and exceed) the customer's expectations. It will be directly responsible for the local operations and support their global expansion. Key Duties/Responsibilities: * Securing a productive business relationship with Jollibee Global Group and its franchisees, locally and globally, providing insight into the customers' business model and priorities as defined/expressed at their respective headquarters. * Building an effective working relationship and fluid communication with the main constituents from the Coca-Cola System, including: Customer Leaders at the Business Unit and/or Franchise Unit, and Bottler Customer Team leaders. * Collaborating with Business Units, Franchise Units and/or Bottlers to connect with the customers' needs, goals, opportunities, issues or challenges and ensure robust Joint Business Plans to drive growth are developed and executed collaboratively at country level with each customer, respectively. * Supporting Business Units, Franchise Units and/or Bottlers with big ideas, opportunity identification, best practices and expertise, including the facilitation of Partnership for Growth workshops, to ensure we deliver demonstrable value to the customer that contributes to advance the relationship with the System. * Role-modeling & enforcing the utilization of the Collaborating for Value approach and tools. * Coaching, mentoring and supporting local and international key account managers Work Experience Required: * 5+ years of direct customer/account management experience, plus 3 years bottler experience * International or Multi-Country experience (preferred). * Deep understanding of the franchise business model 25% of travel time required for travel mostly in Asia Pacific Group countries, with some travel to EU/US as required.
