A través de la tecnología, la experiencia de usuario y el análisis de datos, está ofreciendo una educación vial digital, accesible y transparente. Para ello, el alumno aprende a distancia, realiza todos los trámites administrativos de manera digital y reserva clases prácticas directamente desde la plataforma a la hora y en el punto de recogida más convenientes. Además, el profesor de formación vial puede reinventar su negocio para tener mejores condiciones económicas, logísticas y startup is a marketplace that connects candidates who want to get their driving license with self-employed driving instructors. We have thousands of candidates who are taking the theory exam with our plateform in Spain and are waiting to learn how to drive with us. We need to launch the right self-employed driving instructors in the right location at the right time for our candidates. This is the mission of the Territory Manager ! Technically, the Territory Manager is responsible for understanding the dynamics of supply (instructors) and demand (candidates) in his/her territory in order to maximize revenues from his/her area while maintaining the liquidity of the platform. More specifically, s/he will have to: Build the tools (with the help of our data analysts) in order to deepen the knowledge of supply and demand on its territory and monitor them, including competitive intelligence. Define and implement, by sub-area, the strategies to be pursued in terms of market penetration Manage a team composed of sales (acquisition and launch of driving instructors) and account managers (driving instructors relations), with the aim of : + Recruiting the right driving instructors to meet our needs and strategies by zone. + Maximizing the value captured by driving instructors in the network. + Maximizing the value captured by our startup from this network. Initiate and monitor with the help of a Project team actions that can improve processes, revenues, or liquidity in its area. Spain is currently our fifth territory with everything to build from the ground and a country-wide scope. In order to do so, the Territory Manager will benefit from the support of the Data Team and all tools and best practices from the 4 Territories in France thanks to a matrix organization. The Territory Manager will report to the COO in Spain and the COO in France (Central). Our goal for 2020 is 650K? in business volume (driving hours sold) including 7 600 driving lessons done in 2020 in our instructors network. For the first few months, the Territory Manager will also handle the position of Account Manager for our first instructors while recruiting his/her team. This step will also allow to build the most efficient processes for the Territory and to recruit the right talents. In order to better understand the position and the team that you will build, you can find below job descriptions for a Supply Account Manager and a Business Developer. Business Developer: Our Business developer is responsible for adding self-employed driving instructors to the network. His objectives (how many instructors to recruit and where) are determined by the Territory Manager. Description of the missions: 1. Identify prospects corresponding to our criteria (quality, location, volume of work) and conduct all the interviews necessary for the qualification of these prospects and their classification 2. Train prospects to the job of a self-employed driving instructor so that they are operational once they are launched on the network. 3. Accompany prospects along the conversion funnel by answering all their questions and ensuring quality follow-up. Follow their different steps so that they are committed to working with us (becoming self-employed, getting a dual-control, etc) 4. Work in collaboration with the account manager to anticipate future recruitments 5. Participate in initiatives to improve tools (crm, speeches and sales pitch, webinar etc) Account Manager Within the Territory Manager team, the Account Manager is in charge of a portfolio of partners driving instructors. Once an instructor is launched on the network, a handover takes place between the Business Developer and the Account Manager. The Account Manager is the main point of contact between us and our partners. Description of the missions: 1. Finalize the onboarding of teachers arriving on the network in order to put them in the best position to operate. (for the instructor: support for car lease,? + for admin : signup of car and instructor to the DGT,?) 2. Be the main point of contact and build a long-term relationship with the teachers, answer their questions and solve their issues (organisation of calls, emails or presentations; regular monitoring of the state of the network etc) 3. Monitor the activity of our teachers and thus provide them with advice on how to optimize the value captured and prevent churn. (help driving instructors develop their clientele of new students, set up action plans to develop the turnover of its portfolio of partners,?) 4. Communicate and report information on the field that has an impact on our demand / supply balance 5. Prevent and resolve disputes that may arise 6. Ensure good pedagogical practices and the compliance of our partners (administrative follow-up, litigation) ; 7. Propose functional improvements for our processes and tools.
