Description The Position Strengthen the Business Excellence team to drive and implement the commercial excellence and revenue management agenda of Centrient API. Focus topics include pricing optimisation, customer segmentation & engagement, performance management and tracking, training and capabilities building. Drives Centrient’s overall positioning QRS (Quality, Reliability, Sustainability) across Franchises along with the Global Head Business Excellence.The position is geographically flexible across Spain.The main activities and responsibilities Actively monitors and improves business performance based on financial and commercial KPIs, plus additional business insights Lays the foundation for definition, implementation and updating (yearly) of Market & Customer segmentation incl. Customer service levels, KPIs and incentives Prepares the update of the Marketing plan and Value Propositions (sales toolkits) Leads continuous improvement projects across the commercial organisation in collaboration with finance and IT Supports Global Head Business Excellence and Chief Commercial Officer in overarching ExCom/Board presentations Strengthens Centrient's overall brand promise "QRS" (Quality, Reliability, Sustainability) from commercial API angle. Requirements Academic Degree (graduate/ postgraduate) preferably with an MBA in marketing or business management Strong commercial excellence skills and/or revenue management experience in relevant industry (i.e. healthcare, FMCG) Excellent planning and analytical skills with big picture vision but attention to the detail. Consulting background is a plus. Networking abilities within and outside the organization Ability to collaborate effectively across the teams, communicate effectively and lead change Identify and establish more efficient solutions to enhance business processes; tech affinity to work with new digital tools and automated processes Extensive experience of business analysis/price management and performance tracking using digital tools (pricing, CRM, business insights) Full business proficiency in English, any other language will be a plus High degree of intellectual curiosity, learning agility plus the desire to make a tangible impact in a dynamic and fun environment Benefits Local contract: We offer a challenging, comprehensive, operational job within the Commercial Department, with many opportunities for personal input and plenty of discussions with other professionals.
