A fantastic opportunity to work for a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry has become available on an initial 12-month contract

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of companywide training initiatives as well as aligning all departments training schedules, so they are consistent with company regulations and values.


- Manage global, regional and local assignment process for business functions and supporting the (learning management system) LMS demands
- Maintain current global curricula, reports and company-wide training catalogue in alignment with the global mandatory training rules and processes
- Support the development and maintenance of LMS business processes
- Cultivate and manage external vendor and stakeholder relationships

You will need:

- Experience working in the field of learning administration with solid LMS knowledge, (preferable SuccessFactors)
- The ability to manage projects, multitask and work cross functional with key teams such as medical and legal teams
- Capacity to make decisions based on firm knowledge of the company’s organizational structure worldwide
- Previous experience with training on the use of applications and processes
- Strong communicational (written and verbal), interpersonal and intercultural skills with solid customer centric attitude
