Logistics Manager (Tv, Refrigerator, Washing Machine)(A209129)

Responsibilities: -Necessary 3C electronic products logistics management, warehousing management and transportation management;
-Responsible for integration of TV, Refrigerator, washing machine courier, capability assessment for 3PL, establishment of resource library;
-Responsible for TV delivery and install, linking service departments, and providing integrated services;
-Responsible for managing all categories stock, not only TV, refrigerator, washing machine.
Arrange transportation;
-Responsible for complaints, efficient solution of user questions, and improvement of satisfaction;
-Responsible for training service providers for large home appliance to ensure that all service requirements are implemented correctly.
Requirements: -Bachelor degree or above;
-At least 5 years of experience in large appliance logistics management, familiar with warehouse distribution planning and operation management;
-Good customer service awareness, strong communication skills, and strong ability to work under pressure;
-English can be used as a daily working language;
-Good data analysis and logical thinking skills; proficient in computer operations, such as PPT/Word/Excel/CAD, etc.
