TechStyle Fashion Group is currently looking for aManager Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Europe, located inBarcelona, Spain.
How Do You Fit In?
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the consolidation of actual, forecast, and budget submissions as well as the preparation of GAAP and cash-basis financial statements. In addition, you will be actively guiding the implementation of next-generation consolidation and planning tools, as well as the development of monthly reports.
You will join a tight-knit group of key contributors who are actively working together to achieve ambitious goals, driving the business forward. We see this role as essential to support our global corporate structure, to scale our business efficiently, and to provide the right insights to our Senior & Executive Leadership Team.
As the right candidate you are a self-motivated, highly detail-oriented individual with accounting experience. You are comfortable working in a global environment and in processing a large set of data/metrics.
This role will report to theDirector Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Europe.

Managing the weekly and monthly forecasting process, including creating corporate shared services budgets and consolidating operating budgets
Managing the annual budgeting process
Consolidating and analyzing the company’s financial results and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages in a timely and accurate way and in accordance with GAAP; including intercompany eliminations as well as management reporting using cash basis accounting.
Preparing continuous and ad hoc financial reports, including monthly key performance metric analysis and quarterly financial covenant analysis.
Directing the automation and standardization of various reporting processes, methods, and tools used for monthly reporting and analysis.
Coordinate with EU financial controller for close related analysis, and variance analysis.
Own and develop the monthly balance sheet forecasting process.
Develop the roadmap to advance the consolidation as the business scales providing additional automation as tools are implemented.
Review the actual consolidation process, the monthly forecast consolidation, and the analytical data supporting the financials.

Required Skills

3+ years professional experience in a Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis function
Experience in a global multi-company environment
Knowledge of automated accounting and reporting systems
Ability to work independently and switch rapidly between different projects
Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Be extremely analytical and quantitative and very comfortable building advanced spreadsheet models
Have a high degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, including the ability to develop logical estimates no matter how little information is available
Be comfortable using most appropriate combination of rigorous analytical and “estimation” approaches
In-depth expert knowledge of Excel, forecasting tools such as Adaptive Planning, AnaPlan, Hyperion, TM1 and familiarity with web analytics tools such as Tableau, and/or statistical analyses tools
Very detail oriented, with strong organization skills and ability to maintain and keep track of multiple information sources
Self-motivated, a good communicator with an innate ability to optimize on processes
The ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well under pressure
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills - other languages are a plus
