Key Responsibilities
Lead and support origination efforts including pitch preparation, networking, and deal sourcing
Develop and maintain relationships with mid-market companies, investors, and advisors
Build and review complex financial models to support valuation, transaction structuring, and investment analysis
Assist in the end-to-end execution of M&A and strategic advisory assignments
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage transaction workflows
Contribute to the development of the Madrid office and firmwide initiatives
Candidate Profile
5–8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or M&A advisory
Strong track record in financial modelling and hands-on deal execution
Demonstrated involvement in origination or commercial activities is essential
Previous experience in mid-cap or lower mid-market transactions
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Fluent in Spanish and English
