**Accountabilities**:
- Support the Shift Leaders to solve the Process, Quality & HSES issues, ensure Production and daily Packaging and contribute to the Production Process Improvement of the plant.
- Contribute to the Quality continuous improvement.
- Create, review and maintain Production and Packaging Work Instructions.
- Participate in the Work Instructions confirmation.
**Experience and skills**:
- Bachelor in Chemical Engineering with 5 -7 years of experience in process engineering in the chemical industry
- Familiarity with Quality and HSE/PS management systems (DCS, MOC, PSM, PHA etc.).
- Good computer skills: MS Office, ERP software, DCS
- Proficiency knowledge of both Spanish and English languages
- Minimum Skills for acceding to this position:
- Integrity and Trust and Ethics and Values.
- Action Oriented with very strong "hands-on" oriented process engineering skills.
- Interpersonal Savvy.
- Self-starter, flexible and able to perform under strain.
- Data driven, analytical and problem solving.
