The main purpose of this role is to initiate, execute and follow up the prioritized tasksand projects contained in the “NGS Access Plan”.This plan, collaboratively designed by Roche Pharma and Roche Diagnostics, and aligned withRoche10-years ambitions aims to identify the landscape and dynamics to enable broad uptake andequitable adoption of NGS testing in Spain, resulting in pathway transformation, funding,optimal and appropriate use of Roche innovations and personalized healthcare solutions, andultimately, better outcomes for patients.Prioritized tasks within the planMarket landscaping : 1) mapping clinical pathways in different Tier hospitals 2)laboratory and KOL identification 3) Competitor analysis and review 4) Customer segmentation5) thoroughly examination of all arrangements for all available sequencing diagnosticmethodsBuild a road map to NGS clinical guideline adoption : 1) gather existingguidelines 2) identify current regional gaps (e.g. funding and evidence) 3) mobilize theexisting relevant internal roles to address those gapsDesign a comprehensive Market Access plan for our OncologySequencing Solutions by identifying and prioritizing pivotal market accesshurdles, objectives, milestones and a timeline to address them.Propose and initiate a pilot quality assurance scheme for NGS foroncologySet-up of 3-5 reference sites , early evaluator program, suitable evaluationmetrics and a prototype for wider test adoption.Participate in the final design and review of the HEOR study included in theplanLead the implementation of the HEOR studyThe following activities underlie and support these tasks and shall beconducted through project management :•Customer visits and meetings•Laboratory engagement and medical awareness activities.•Analytical surveys•Advisory Boards•Creation of business cases•Internal alignment with commercial and sales organisations, business areas andAccess&Development.Who you are:• First degree level BA/BSc or equivalent qualification isessential.
