Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manger to oversee the overall ONE Palma brand. This person will handle all traditional and digital marketing initiatives as well as communications programs and activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate, organized and creative with a love of story telling and sailing. Native-level spoken and written English is a must. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Minimum 6-10 years experience required
Lead overall marketing strategy and planning
Manage content calendar
Produce and distribute quarterly newsletter
Manage social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Instagram)
Regularly liaise with Director and Sails, Rigging and Composites teams to secure multimedia content for general marketing use
Maintain company website and online profiles
Manage vendors (designers, videographers, photographers, etc.)
Manage databases, such as press list, client mailing list, etc.
Conduct regular industry and competitive news scans via Google News, Web and Social Media
Produce marketing creative (e.g. digital newsletter, brochures, adverts, social media cards, etc.)
Some event coordination involved
Familiarity with platforms, such as Wordpress, Photoshop, Canva, Hootsuite, Google Apps, etc. a must
Creative writing ability a must
