Also you will be in charge the management of technical changes and incidents on the mentioned services **.**We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:- Lead the Microsoft PowerPlatform at technical level (Power BI, Power Apps, etc )- Lead and manage the Voice 365 (teams phone system) platform.- Analyze and plan the implementation of Microsoft 365 product updates- Improve the technical documentation and administration tasks for the technology.EXPERIENCE- Minimum 4 years working with any Microsoft technology. SharePoint background will be considered as SharePoint is one of the Core of Office 365.- Minimum 5 years working in IT services.EDUCATION- Knowledge in the skills required, or academic background: Science Computer.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE- Communications capacities to talk with technical teams.- Microsoft Products: SharePoint, PowerPlatform, Exchange, etc- IT incidents and changes management- Hard Skills:- SharePoint.- IT change and Incident management.- IT service management.- Power Platform.- Soft skills:- Interest in Microsoft technologies.- Good communication skills.- Teamwork.
