As a Mid QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining automated test suites that validate software conformance to defined acceptance criteria, design documentation, and application standards.
The Mid QA Automation Engineer will work closely with Business Analysts and Development Teams across various projects, ensuring adherence to quality assurance and control processes, while actively contributing to their ongoing development and improvement.
You will report test run results to help identify problematic areas and provide status updates for business stakeholders.
Responsibilities include: Designing, developing, and implementing automated, functional, and non-functional validation solutions.Creating, analyzing requirements for estimation, and executing manual test cases.Maintaining test documentation and reporting defects.Identifying, analyzing, and reporting overall test status and results, including defects/issues to the project team.Preparing test data and ensuring the health of testing environments.Providing task estimates for automated tests and reporting variances to the Project Manager.Participating in bug triage processes and contributing to the test automation knowledge base.Requirements: 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.Hands-on functional testing experience, including end-to-end and regression testing.Experience with issue tracking tools like JIRA, and automation testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver.Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming & Java, with experience in version control systems like GIT or SVN.Understanding of HTTP, REST architecture, and testing against endpoints.Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach.Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS, testing desktop applications, and tools like Microsoft 360 and Google Docs.CCC is a leading information solutions provider dedicated to advancing copyright, knowledge, and innovation through data, AI, and machine learning.
