As we grow, our goal is to keep enhancing existing key features as well as developing new exciting functionalities.Your RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping us scale our team from 45 to 100+ people over the next 12 months, primarily focusing on tech recruitment.
You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring exceptional talent across various functions while supporting the development of foundational talent acquisition processes and tools.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to our CEO Alexis, you will be responsible for:Talent Mapping & Sourcing:Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.Define hiring strategies, write job descriptions, and source candidates through multiple channels.Build relationships with potential future hires to maintain a strong pipeline.Candidate Screening:Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.Provide clear and concise summaries for shortlisted candidates.Collaboration & Support:Work closely with stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and processes.Provide insights on market trends to support decision-making.Tracking & Documentation:Ensure candidate progress is tracked accurately in the ATS.Maintain well-organized documentation for hiring workflows and candidate feedback.Your QualificationsMust-haves3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.Strong sourcing skills, including headhunting and networking.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Ability to manage multiple roles across different functions simultaneously.Bonus pointsExperience in AI recruitment or familiarity with the AI space.Experience in employer branding or compensation benchmarking.Why join us?An ambitious project where almost everything AI remains to be built.Full-remote (you work from the place that suits you best).Annual gathering to get to know each other better.4 weeks PTO.Wellbeing budget up to $200.Company laptop.
