What We're Looking For We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Motion Designer to join the WalkFit team within our Creative Production team.
You will work closely with marketing, video producers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and create high-quality video content aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Create visually compelling motion content across platforms including Facebook, Google, and TikTok, with a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and design.Design engaging transitions, typography, VFX, and compositing sequences while maintaining brand consistency and style guide adherence.Seek and provide constructive feedback; mentor fellow motion designers to enhance team quality.Stay ahead of motion design trends, conduct visual research, and draw inspiration from the creative and tech landscape.Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, iterative environment—experience in tech/SaaS is a plus.Collaborate cross-functionally to develop creative concepts aligned with business objectives.Follow up on creative performance; bring a data-informed approach to design decisions and improvements.Required Skills: Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Motion Designer.Strong portfolio demonstrating motion fluency and excellent static design fundamentals, including composition, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.Experience working with Figma.Excellent communication skills in English.Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.Self-driven and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.Nice to Have: Ability to work with AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, suno.ai.Experience with video automation techniques (expressions, MOGRTs, Essential Graphics).Why You'll Love Being Part of Welltech: Grow Together: Join a culture that champions both personal and professional growth.
