To ensure a full support to the Nestlé Purina Petcare strategy with a full respect of compliance with legal requirements. Meet safety, quality, hygiene, cost and environment needs, through the direct responsibility of the production, engineering, maintenance and logistic. In the production area to ensure: finished products are consistently manufactured with prescribed standards, on time and meeting consumer expectations. In the logistics area to ensure: efficient raw material and packing material management within the respect of the Good Warehouse Practices. In the areas of engineering and maintenance to ensure: optimal decisions regarding factory assets, according with the business priorities local implementation of capital investment in coordination with central engineering asset intensity continuous improvement continuous improvement in Energy/Water/Gas consumption Responsible to lead a continuous improvement/employee involvement culture through TPM approach. Drive for excellence and support your team in their tasks. Provide timely feedback and coaching to the shop floor team in order to develop them to their full potential. Ensure succession plans and development of direct reports. Ensure ongoing smooth operation of factory through employee and industrial relations. ¿WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL? Degree / Diploma in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, E& A, Process, Industrial Engineering or similar) Minimum 5 years in a technical field, preferably manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Project Engineer or Project Manager, Industrial Services, M& I or E&A/MES Engineer, or equivalent positions) Participation in a Factory Engineering College and TPM-PM Basic workshop Fixed Assets Maintenance responsibilities, including maintenance budget preparation and control (preferably including exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution) Participation in multi-disciplinary teams that focuses in process or packing optimization / continuous improvement Self-management following defined KPIs / objectives, and proactively tracking them.
