Ensure succession plans and development of direct reports. Ensure ongoing smooth operation of factory through employee and industrial relations. ¿WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL? Degree / Diploma in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, E& A, Process, Industrial Engineering or similar) Minimum 5 years in a technical field, preferably manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Project Engineer or Project Manager, Industrial Services, M& I or E&A/MES Engineer, or equivalent positions) Participation in a Factory Engineering College and TPM-PM Basic workshop Fixed Assets Maintenance responsibilities, including maintenance budget preparation and control (preferably including exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution) Participation in multi-disciplinary teams that focuses in process or packing optimization / continuous improvement Self-management following defined KPIs / objectives, and proactively tracking them.
