Career Opportunities: Operational Change & Efficiency Coordinator (634) Req ID 634 - Posted 03/02/2020 - Business Support - Advertised Locations (1) - Full-time Reporting to: Deputy Head of Retail Operations This position contributes to bring efficiency improvements. The Operational Change & Efficiency Coordinator will partner with the branch and the Retail Operations HQ, Other Departments and Countries, actively participate to find solutions and efficiency opportunities through RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Business Process Management, Business Process Improvement, Innovation and Cultural Change projects within their area. The OC&E coordinator is expected to have had exposure to Process management concepts, but can receive knowledge levelling in subjects such as RPA, Lean, Kaizen, BPMS, and other improvement methodologies to further drive efficiency throughout the organization. The OCE coordinator serves as project manager, problem solver, facilitator, innovator and learning coach to drive a new culture . The OC&E coordinator will participate as a resource and support staff on process improvement projects on behalf of the organization, thus business acumen will count among one of the key requirements to develop and actively apply while leading by example. Position, Objectives, Responsibilities Responsible to work with the Retail operations managers (And other Countries and departments when required, especially in the area of RPA) to improve their value stream/ process performance through the support and possible execution of Business Processes and Efficiency Improvement projects Responsible to support the RPA implementation across all departments from Discovery of potential processes, Process definition, UAT and GO LIVE Design and build efficiency improvements deliverables to support methodology execution Responsible for facilitating project team’s use of data driven tools and methodologies, and for driving for results and monitoring outcomes of each project Responsible for supporting project status and updates presentation to project champions and executive leaders according to established standards and frequency Maintain strict confidentiality of all information Periodic travel will be required. Ensure ongoing adherence to all relevant compliance regulations that may govern the business and complete all regulatory knowledge training where applicable in a timely fashion Skills and Knowledge An inquiring mind with a genuine interest in Business and Technology Exposure to RPA implementation Demonstrated success in team leadership or project management Demonstrated ability to produce documents, spreadsheets, databases, etc. with Windows-based software, as well as proficiency with the internet Consultative, influencing, conflict management and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational skills, ability to create and maintain work relationships. Demonstrated interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with project teams, as well as the company’s staff and management. Strong oral, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate to individuals and groups effortlessly. Ability to provide leadership to many teams assigned to multiple projects while under heavy deadlines and constantly changing priorities. Strong analytic and problem solving skill set Strong change agent and change management skill set Qualification and Experience At least two (2) years Financial Services experience or quality related experience required Experience in Service Organizations is highly preferred, but Manufacturing, Health Care, Government, Military and other industries exposure are a plus.
