You'll craft and implement programs that refine structure, optimize job roles, and foster talent growth, ensuring our clientwe're always ahead of the curve. Let's build success together, one step at a time!Scope & Responsibilities:Activities include, but are not limited to, the following: talent analytics, benchmarking through research and company partnering, and talent management process assessment.Support the Org Architecture and Talent Management unit through the development, improvement, and implementation of organization development.Implements and evaluates the Talent Review for the Restaurant Teams through collaboration with HR Business Partners to ensure quality outputs and timeliness.Collaborates in executing talent management action plans to support organizational change.Spearheads the development and implementation of talent management initiatives that may cover one of these goals: selection to ensure a sufficient supply of talent for assigned levels; development to build individuals' readiness to achieve organizational, role, and personal objectives (L&D MAP and IDP process); and succession management to develop and elevate talent over time.Keeps track of and reports on the progress of assigned programs and initiatives and develops follow-through action plans as needed to ensure goal achievement.Stays abreast of best practices in talent management by maintaining partnerships and building a network in the OD community.Collaborates with the Talent Development unit to explore, develop, and provide knowledge management and development opportunities that will create a sustainable organization and develop the next generation of leaders.Maintains a database of historical talent segmentation for the Restaurant Team.Manages the career advancement program for the BU for assigned position levels through collaboration with Regional HR and BU HRBPs.Required Qualifications:Graduate of Human Resources or Psychology.At least 3-5 years of experience in the development, improvement, and implementation of organization development (OD) initiatives.Candidates must possess a level of confidence that allows them to justify their accomplishments and output during the interview.Willingness to work in a hybrid setup.Willingness to work in Ortigas, Pasig.Preferred Qualifications:Process-driven.Experience in programs or projects focused on the organization's structure, job design, and processes, as well as talent management systems which typically cover key aspects of an employee's lifecycle: selection, development, and succession
